Store Policies

We only accept returns on products with manufacturer defects, or if you received the wrong item. Please e-mail info@planetbliss.ca for a Return Merchandise Authorization number before sending back any item.We do not refund shipping and handling charges or reimburse for the cost of returning item to planetbliss.ca. All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. No returns or refunds on consumable products. If your order was damaged in shipping, claims are filed directly with the shipper. Please keep the original shipping container and all the contents including shipping material for the claim adjuster.

Shipping

International: All international orders will be  charged an additional shipping fee on top of a standard flat fee of $20. Additional charges will vary and an paypal e-mail payment request will be sent with the exact total. This confirmation of exact shipping costs will be emailed to you prior to shipping.

Canada and USA: Shipping for all orders in Canada and the USA will be calculated at check-out.  Applicable taxes will be charged (GST on all orders except HST in certain provinces, and PST will be included on orders in BC). All US orders are tax exempt and duty free.
 

Currency

All orders will be processed in Canadian currency. For all orders outside of Canada, your credit card company will factor in the conversion and charge accordingly.
